關於與東芝泰格簽訂業務合作及多功能事務機開發製造協議
理光集團近日向東京證券交易所做出了三項公告，內容是關於東芝泰格的業務合作以及多功能事務機的開發和製造整合。
理光和東芝泰格決定透過各自的董事會與理光技術株式會社（合資公司）簽署吸收式公司分割協議。
先前尚未確定的事項現在皆已完成確認，而一些細節則有所更改，如下所示。
